What this form is for
FORM C.L. XV is a register in which a wholesale country liquor licensee records stock balances, receipts from the manufactory and supplies to retail shops. It is maintained by the holder of a wholesale licence in Form C.L. II on a continuing basis, with separate registers kept for 25° U.P. and 40° U.P. country liquor. The requirement arises from condition 5 of that licence, issued under the Maharashtra Country Liquor Rules, 1973. The form text itself appears in the Bombay Prohibition Act, 1949 compilation.
