What this form is for
Form J is a register in which a licensee records the stock of liquor chocolates manufactured and sold, tracking the opening balance, fresh manufacture taken into stock, quantities sold to permit holders, and the closing balance. It is maintained by the holder of a licence in Form G who manufactures liquor chocolates and supplies them to permit holders. The licensee must keep separate pages for chocolates made from spirits and those made from wines. The register is prescribed under Rule 6(14) of the Special Permits and Licences Rules, 1952.
