What this form is for
Form K is a register in which a licensee records the daily sales of liquor chocolates to permit holders, noting each buyer's permit details and the quantity sold by variety of foreign liquor, such as spirits or wines. It is maintained by the holder of a Form G licence, who must make an entry for each sale to a permit holder and initial it. The register is prescribed under Rule 6(14) of The Special Permits and Licences Rules, 1952.
