What this form is for
Form I is a register that records the liquor chocolates a licensee manufactures, showing the spirits and wines drawn from stock and the number of chocolates produced from each batch. It is maintained by the holder of a Form G licence for manufacturing liquor chocolates, and entries are made as spirit or wine is received from the Form H stock register and expended in production. The form is prescribed under Rule 6(4) of the Special Permits and Licences Rules, 1952, framed under the Bombay Prohibition Act, 1949.
