What this form is for
Form H is a stock register in which a licensee records the foreign liquor, both spirits and wines counted in 750 ml bottles, that is held, received and used up in manufacturing liquor chocolates. It is maintained by the holder of a licence in Form G to manufacture liquor chocolates, who must enter the stock in hand, quantities received, the total, and the quantity expended for each month and date. The form is prescribed under Rule 6(4) of the Special Permits and Licences Rules, 1952, framed under the Bombay Prohibition Act, 1949.
