Indent for the supply of Country Liquor

What this form is for
Form C.L. XIII is an indent, or written purchase order, through which a country liquor wholesale licensee requests a stated quantity of country liquor from a manufactory. It is filed by the wholesale licensee or an authorised agent whenever stock is needed. The indent specifies the strength, variety and receptacles required, and is submitted to the Manufactory Officer for endorsement by the Manufactory Licensee. One copy is kept on the wholesaler's record and the other goes to the manufacturer. The form is prescribed under rule 7(1) of the Maharashtra Country Liquor Rules, 1973.
