What this form is for
Form C.L. XII is a monthly return that records spirit received, used and lost, and the country liquor manufactured, issued and held in stock, at a country liquor manufactory during a calendar month. It is filed by the licensee of the manufactory, or an authorised agent, by the 5th of every month, and is countersigned and submitted to the Superintendent or Commissioner of Prohibition and Excise. Separate registers must be kept for 25° U.P. and 40° U.P. country liquor. The form is prescribed under rule 6(40) of the Maharashtra Country Liquor Rules, 1973.
