What this form is for
Form C.L. XI is a register that records the stock and consumption of colouring and flavouring substances used in making Country Liquor, showing opening balances, receipts, issues for each variety of liquor, and closing balances. It is maintained by the licensee of a country liquor manufactory, or an authorised agent, who enters each transaction as it occurs. The manufactory officer also signs the entries, so the register can be used to check the substances against production. The form is prescribed under rule 6 (38) of the Maharashtra Country Liquor Rules, 1973.
