What this form is for
Form N-IV/R is a monthly register that records the quantity of neera drawn at a Neera Supply Centre, how much was supplied to retail licensees and to manufacturers of gur and other articles, how much was used for manufacture, and what was produced from it. It is maintained by the N-IV licensee operating the Neera Supply Centre, or by his authorised servant, who signs the entries as the neera is drawn and disposed of. The form is prescribed under rule 15(1) of the Bombay Neera Rules, 1951, framed under the Bombay Prohibition Act, 1949.
