What this form is for
Form N-IV/NR is a register that records the Neera supplied by a Neera supply centre to Neera Retail Sale Licence holders and to a Gur manufacturing Licence holder. It is maintained by the N-IV licensee operating the supply centre (or an authorised servant), who enters each supply by date, quantity and pass number, with the recipient's acknowledgement. The register is prescribed under rule 15(2) of the Bombay Neera Rules, 1951, framed under the Bombay Prohibition Act, 1949.
