What this form is for
Form CL-C is a one-day permit that allows a person to purchase, possess, transport, use and consume country liquor in Maharashtra, up to a possession limit of 750 ml. It is issued by a licence holder, on payment of a fee of Rs. 2, to a person who needs to buy and consume country liquor on a single day. The permit is valid from the date of issue until sunrise of the next day. It is authorised by Rule 70-G of the Bombay Foreign Liquor Rules, 1953.
