What this form is for
Form N-III/R is a register in which a Neera retail sale centre records each day's Neera received, sold, destroyed and used to make articles such as gur, rab, sugar and sweets. It is maintained by the N-III licensee, or an authorised servant, for each month of operation at the centre, and the licensee or servant signs the entries. The form is prescribed under rule 15(1) of the Bombay Neera Rules, 1951, and appears in the Bombay Prohibition Act, 1949 context.
