Requisition for issue of spirit from the spirit room for the manufacture of Country Liquor

What this form is for
Form C.L. VIII is a requisition form used to obtain spirit from the spirit room for manufacturing country liquor. It is submitted by the country liquor licensee or an authorised agent to the Manufactory Officer whenever spirit is needed for a batch, stating the quantity, strength and variety of liquor to be made. The Manufactory Officer records the quantity issued, and the form is kept as a foil and counterfoil, one for the officer's record and one for the licensee's. It is prescribed under rule 6(18) of the Maharashtra Country Liquor Rules, 1973.
