Licence for the sale of Neera by retail not for consumption on the premises
Licence is hereby granted under and subject to the provisions of the Bombay Prohibition Act, 1949 and the rules, regulations and orders made thereunder to Shri ______ residing at ______ authorising him to sell neera by retail not for consumption on the premises situated at ______ during the period from ______ to ______ subject to the following conditions:—
Conditions
- The licensee shall sell only neera of standard quality.
- The licensee shall obtain neera only from persons holding a valid Form N-I licence.
- The licensee shall not permit consumption of neera on the premises.
- The licensee shall maintain daily accounts of neera purchased and sold.
- The licensee shall submit monthly returns as prescribed.
- The premises shall be open to inspection by any Prohibition and Excise Officer.
