Licence for the removal of Neera by the owner of the trees to the place of his residence
Licence is hereby granted under and subject to the provisions of the Bombay Prohibition Act, 1949 and the rules, regulations and orders made thereunder to Shri ______ residing at ______ authorising him to remove the neera drawn from the licensed trees to the place of his residence during the currency of this licence, subject to the following conditions:—
Conditions
- The licensee shall remove the neera only for personal consumption or for the manufacture of gur, and not for sale.
- The licensee shall not allow any other person to consume the neera except members of his own family.
- The licensee shall maintain a register showing the quantity of neera removed from time to time.
- This licence is subject to cancellation for breach of any of these conditions.
