Licence for the tapping of neera-producing trees and drawing neera therefrom for the manufacture of gur or any other article which is not an Intoxicant

Licence is hereby granted under and subject to the provisions of the Bombay Prohibition Act, 1949 and the rules, regulations and orders made thereunder and the conditions of this licence to Shri ______ (hereinafter called "the licensee") residing at ______ authorising him during the currency of this licence to tap the tree/s specified below at ______ Taluka ______ District, in accordance with the authorisation certificate held by him and to draw neera therefrom for the manufacture of gur, or any other article which is not an intoxicant, subject to the following conditions, namely:—

Conditions

1. The licensee shall tap only the trees specified below and shall not tap any other tree in respect of which he does not hold an authorization certificate.
2. The licensee shall draw neera only during the hours specified in these rules.
3. The licensee shall not sell or dispose of the neera drawn under this licence to any person except for the manufacture of gur or any other article which is not an intoxicant.
4. The licensee shall not allow any person to consume the neera drawn under this licence on the premises where it is drawn or stored.
5. The licensee shall carry out all orders and directions issued to him by the Prohibition and Excise authorities.
6. This licence may be cancelled or suspended for breach of any of these conditions or of any of the provisions of the Act or the rules made thereunder.
