FORM F. L./A-7 is the application for a licence to possess and use brandy and rum for emergency first-aid or medicinal purposes, or for institutional use. It is filed by an industrial, educational, scientific or research institution, an aircraft pilot, or a person in charge of an ambulance or first-aid station, who must state the monthly quantity needed. The application is addressed to the Collector. It is made under rule 71 of the Bombay Foreign Liquor Rules, 1953, framed under the Bombay Prohibition Act, 1949.
