Transport in Bond Pass for Spirit

What this form is for
Form C.L. VI is a three-part Transport in Bond Pass that authorises the movement of spirit from a distillery to a Bonded Country Liquor Manufactory along a stated route, within a fixed validity period and without breaking the consignment in transit. It is issued by the Distillery Officer when a licensed manufacturer needs to move spirit from the distillery to its bonded premises. One part stays in the distillery office, one accompanies the transporter, and one is forwarded to the manufactory officer, who records receipt and any transit loss. The pass is prescribed under rule 6(17)(c) and (d) of the Maharashtra Country Liquor Rules, 1973, and is granted under the Bombay Prohibition Act, 1949.
