What this form is for
Form B. W. R. is a monthly register that records the receipts, issues, losses and closing balance of foreign liquor (spirits, wines and fermented liquors) stored in bond at a bonded warehouse. It is maintained by the licensee of the bonded warehouse, or an authorised agent, who must make entries throughout the month and sign them, with corrections made only in red ink. The form is prescribed under rule 8 of the Maharashtra Foreign Liquor (Storage in Bond) Rules, 1964.
