Form F.L.R. 11 is a day-to-day stock register recording the quantity of Champagne, Port-type Wine, Port Wine, Wincarnis, Vibrona, Manola and Buckfast Tonic Wine sold on prescription, along with the balance remaining in stock. It is maintained by a licensee holding a foreign liquor licence who sells these specified products against a prescription, and entries are signed by the licensee or an authorised servant. The form is prescribed under rule 16 (4) of the Maharashtra Foreign Liquor (Sale on Cash, Register of Sales, etc.) Rules, 1969, made under the Bombay Prohibition Act, 1949.
