Form F. L. R. 10 is a register that records the registered medical practitioners on whose prescriptions certain tonic and fortified wines, such as champagne, port-type wine, Wincarnis, Vibonas, Manola and Buckfast Tonic Wine, were sold, along with the persons who bought them. It is maintained by the foreign liquor licensee, who must make an entry each time one of these wines is sold against a prescription. The form is prescribed under rule 16 (4) of the Maharashtra Foreign Liquor (Sale on Cash, Register of Sales, etc.) Rules, 1969.
