What this form is for
Form F. L. R. 9 is a day-to-day stock register that records the brandy and rum a licensee has received, dispensed and still holds, with an opening balance, receipts against transport passes, total quantity, and closing balance for each day. It is maintained by the holder of a foreign liquor licence who dispenses brandy or rum, and entries are made as stock moves in and out of the premises. The register is prescribed under rule 16 (3) of the Maharashtra Foreign Liquor (Sale on Cash, Register of Sales, etc.) Rules, 1969.
