FORM F. L. R. 6 is a register in which a hotel or club licensee records each sale of foreign liquor, measured in units, made to permit-holders, with quantities broken down by spirits, wines and fermented liquors for residents and boarders. It is maintained by the holder of a hotel or club licence, and an entry is made each time liquor is sold to a person on the strength of a liquor permit. The register is prescribed under rule 15 (iii) (b) of the Maharashtra Foreign Liquor (Sale on Cash, Register of Sales, etc.) Rules, 1969. Entries must be kept free of erasures, and any correction must be made in red ink.
