What this form is for
FORM F. L. R. 5 is a register in which a vendor's licensee records each sale of foreign liquor in bottles made to permit-holders, broken down by type of liquor and bottle size. It is maintained by the holder of a vendor's licence, who must make an entry whenever a permit-holder buys foreign liquor against a permit. Corrections must be made in red ink, and erasures are not allowed. The form is prescribed under rule 15 (ii) (a) of the Maharashtra Foreign Liquor (Sale on Cash, Register of Sales, etc.) Rules, 1969.
