What this form is for

Form F. L. R. 3A is a register in which a foreign liquor licensee records, brand by brand and bottle size by size, the opening balance, receipts, sales and closing balance of stock, and which the licensee signs. It is maintained by the holder of a foreign liquor licence, and the form text shows it is kept for each month and year. It is prescribed under Rule 16-A of the Maharashtra Foreign Liquor (Sale on Cash, Register of Sales, etc.) Rules, 1969, and is also referred to in condition 5(c) of the licence in Form 'E'.
