FORM F. L. R. 3 is a monthly stock register that records the foreign liquor a licensee received, sold and held as closing balance, broken down by spirits, wines, fermented liquors and mild liquors and by bottle size. It is maintained by the holder of a vendor's, hotel or club licence, who must enter each day's transactions and have the register signed by the licensee or an authorised servant. The form is prescribed under rule 15 (i) of the Maharashtra Foreign Liquor (Sale on Cash, Register of Sales, etc.) Rules, 1969. Entries must not be erased, and any correction must be made in red ink.
