What this form is for
Form F.L.R. 2 is a monthly statement of foreign liquor stock and movement, recording opening balances, receipts, sales within the State, exports, and closing balances, classified by liquor type and bottle size. It is filed each month by an ordinary trade and import licensee dealing in foreign liquor, and it is signed by the licensee or an authorised servant. The form also carries cumulative figures from 1st April to the end of the month, and corrections must be made in red ink without erasures. It is prescribed under rule 15 (ii) of the Maharashtra Foreign Liquor (Sale on Cash, Register of Sales, etc.) Rules, 1969.
