Intent for Spirit for Manufacture of Country Liquor
[See rule 6(17) (a)]
What this form is for
Form C.L. V is an indent, addressed to the Distillery Officer, requesting the issue of a stated quantity of spirit for manufacturing country liquor at a licensed manufactory. It is filed by the licensee or an authorised agent, countersigned by the Manufactory Officer, whenever the manufactory needs a fresh supply of spirit. By signing, the licensee also undertakes to pay duty at the tariff rate on wastage exceeding the prescribed allowance. The form is prescribed under rule 6(17)(a) of the Maharashtra Country Liquor Rules, 1973.
